Excellent all around. Communication from Kelvin was very thorough- he assisted from design, to choosing material, to shipping and import duties and questions on delivery. The sofas arrived well packaged. Delivery was on time. The quality is excellent and the sofas are as described and very comfortable, well made and beautiful. Very happy with this experience.
